saw your post for some time, but as I do not own a 929, not sure what are the common faults. spare parts for 954 still available, and i don't face many problems with my bike actually. almost maintenance free apart from normal servicing.

Hi guys!! Recently got a 929 too. Hahaha. Awesome bike..

But recently got some problems. It "hiccups" at idle. N mostly stalls in neutral at traffic lites. Went to a bike shop n they said its ecu faulty. Plug no. 2 is not receiving enough power.

Is there any other prblms that might b linked to this prblm?

Plug coil, spark plugs changed. Throtle bodies n FI serviced.

 

Maybe some experienced bros had this prob bef n mind sharing. Thanks!!

Hi guys, planning to get my first sportsbike. Having a hard time choosing between the more affordable Oct 2008 and a Dec 2011 Cbr600 which seems better as a long term bet given the high COE. They look very similar in design and features even though they are more than 3 years apart. Any experience or advice to share?
