See page 13 of this thread. Basically converts a superbike to a streetfighter or street bike type riding position. Replacement triple clamp and a set of handlebars. Comes with longer braided steel brake lines etc.

Wow... u will be the first street fighter 929 in sg...

Will u be removing the fairings as well? How much does the combo cost? seems interesting...

Yes, I will be removing the fairings.

Not quite sure what type of lights I'm going to put on it yet.

The kit is a bit over $400 USD. Not cheap. Lights will ad to the cost.

Can't wait!

Once ur bike is done do let me know. I would like to have a look. Installing the twin round lights might add a muscular look...

Any theme on the design for the headlights?KTM Duke II pattern looks cool as well.

There is a guy selling a Z1000 lookalike headlight in yahoo auctions if u like a cheap alternative.

Looking forward to ur completed project as well.

Hi trying to organize an outing for all CBR riders. Anyone interested to pay PG a visit on10FEB (SUNDAY). Or maybe makan session to exchange tips on better bike performance? Experienced riders, feel free to provide guidance to visit PG as I never been there. Hoping to assemble 10 guys and above. If you know anyone this is the time to rope them in.

Should be up for a PG session. Hope to have my bike converted by then.

Honestly though, best way to go to the track is visit the On the Track section of the forum and just join the guys on one of the posted track visits.

Everyone is very helpful there if you ask for advice. :)

dun tink so hmm..

anyway, im trying to fix on hID for my headlight.. darn bright.. $300 include installation.. anyone interested?

Let's look at the diagram from left to right. When you turn on your headlight switch, it puts 12V across the relay coil which in turn closes the contacts. The contacts switch in 12V from the battery to turn on the ballast, which in turn ignites and powers the HID bulb. Pretty simple concept.

Hi

I remember reading a topic in this forum about 3M polish or something cannot remember. It is suppose to cover up those white light scratches and swirl marks.

Some members have tried it and rated it very well.

Maybe u can try digging old topics.

Some typo I need to clarify here, 10FEB(FRI) 0r 12FEB(SAT). See which has more response. About the makan session(if not burning tyres) most likely pump fuel at the same time so If you know of a good place for food to recommend in JB let us know. 5 guys will be enough, I probably got to eager at the thought of it initially to suggest 10 guys hehe.

Thanks for the advice on the track session, that's way cool will check it out.

I certainly hope to be going to PG more often this year (once the weather improves) but don't like to commit to track sessions so far in advance.
