hi all,i'm new here and needed some advise from all the experience pple out there with REVO...

 

Recently i have this problem...

 

1) when changing gear,pull out the clutch,the engine stop & when let go the clutch,engine will restart.

 

2) when i start the bike the rpm stands @ below 1 and now fuel consumption is high...

 

3) black smoke seems to come out & strong petrol smell.

 

4) now i can't restart as per normal,i have to push start.

 

this is a new bike which i have not made any changes yet....

anyone can plse assist urgently ....

i dun understand point no. 1.

point no.2, did u check ur bike when u roll it out of the shop?

 

point no.3 n 4, better push ur bike back to the shop

black smoke usually points to engine oil leak. what do u mean restart as normal? u mean if it stalls u press the starter it wont start? is the rotor moving?

ur oint 1 & 2 are e link. think it's ur tps sensor.. revo default rpm is suppose to be 1.4k rpm. once it goes lower.. engine gets hot exhuast also may turnred or brownish like mine already had. super hot that when i just touch n go with my shoes, it was burnt. super hot! becareful. low idling causes revo engine to stall. especially 1k rpm or below. point 3 is either due to leakage or some screw lose.

 

overall, better go back to ur bike shop service. if ur bike is an agent (boon siew) bike, go back there. they'll do it for u, and will replace anything if have to for free. i suggest u bring there first thing in e morning tmrw.. dangerous.

wah lao u all.. 3 to 1 ar? dun lidat say me leh.. i not sian cos revo slow. sian cos revo so fast till no control. 400cc to me is too fast.. i think i needa get back my spark 135.. my kinda speed. =D not like u all.. all power bikes n mods. =(
