darm my luck there, went to ask @ the information counter, they direct me to servicing, go there, there redirect me to parts counter.

then i was quoted $171 for original part.

Asked them is it with installation and was told installation also kana charged.

asked him how the charge he redirect me to the servicing...

was wtf... direct here, there and there,....

really bad of boon siew to follow that method.

They say the current ones water can seep in when heavy rain etc causing bad electrical contact for the rear brake switch. Thus replacing with better ones.

I think if you're holding the warranty card from Boon Siew, then you should have the bike from Boon Siew regardless you're getting the bike directly from them or the authorized distributor.

True, price wise is more expensive, but I consider the extra as "insurance" for extending my warranty for the bike (3yrs).

Worth or not worth, all depends on how you think of it...

Thinking of switching to outside shop too as I've been serving at Boon Siew close to 2yrs now.

Since Honda admit there is a fault with the sqitxh assembly, shouldnt they replace all regardless whom you buy from?

Dear all,

I finally got my Revo few days ago.

Doing my run-in process currently.

Wanna check with you guys, has any gals/gf/wife sat on your bike with heels?

How to prevent from getting a burnt heel mark on the exhuast.

My gf likes to wear heels, that's why she have to "tip-toe" and try not to touch my exhaust with her heels.

I used to ride a phantom 200, those dreadful heel marks always take me at least 1hr to polish off the exhaust. Wonder if revo exhaust will face the same fate if someone wearing heals rests on the exhuast.

I do know that our revos come with an additional "bracket" to prevent pillion's shoes from resting on the exhuast.

Thought of pasting a small piece of heat wrap material there but it definitely looks ugly.

Any recommendations?

Or anyone had experience where pillopn heel touches the exhuast but doesn't leave a mark?
