Is this normal?Sometimes i pull on the front brake lever it pulls back closer to the grip. The difference between lever pull is around 10-15mm. but sometimes when i ride the lever will pull back further to the grip by as much as 15mm.

Consistently? If it happens all the time throughout a single ride there may be air in your system... might want to get that sorted out by checking for leaks and bleeding the system.

I am not sure isit because of the heat or speed which cause this to happen. I dont see anything leaking at all. Anyway could this cause by ABS? Does anyone know how to check if whether the bike have ABS system? because i not sure whether mine have ABS or not.

Hey Guys,

I'm Having a problem with the Revo i'm having now, when i throttle hard it start to Ref ( it like the gear is not engadget ), around 3 sec it start to Engadget.

Anyone can tell what is the problem i'm facing right now, i really dunno what is the problem & i want to know it.

So i can fix it & no need to spend the money on unnecessary.

Thanks in advance

Are you able to switch gears properly ? First check the clutch cable. If yiu are hearing cracking noise then most probably clutch plate is the issue. Ignoring the issue will damage your gear box.

BIG job.....are you sure? From my Honda friends they suggest your problem is nearly always the MAP sensor hose leaking air. The hose splits into three via a four way joint, are you sure the hoses are in good condition and have no leaks or splits.

Rough guide to removal:-

3 Loosen throttle cables

4 Disconnect PAIR air suction hose

5 Disconnect crankcase breather hose

6 Disconnect TP sensor

7 Loosen air cleaner housing, pull rearward to release from throttle body

8 Disconnect white throttle body harness

11 Remove harness clip from fuel rail

12 Loosen throttle body insulator bands

13 Remove throttle body from the insulators

14 Release throttle cables and then pull out the throttle body to the lefthand side

i got a revo recently and the fuel consumption is really bad. average is 15km/l (ride like hellrider) to 18-20km/l (ride like old uncle and never open vtec).

is this normal for revo?

also, i tend to travel only a short distance (10-15 mins ride) to my workplace everyday. am wondering whether its the start-stop traffic and the daily starting/idling that is contributing to the poor fuel economy.

boring rider. with a boring bike.

too old to want to appear interesting anymore.

Normal for revo if you're travelling short distance. 18-20km/h for short distance is consider good. I travel 90% expressway also get 22-25km/l. :)
