Okay here's the story.

 

I bought a wave from a guy in this forum at end of september this year. I coi, was added as a sub rider & he told me there's a fine he have to pay which amounted to $650 because of some illegal mod. Fair enough he inform me bout this, so i told him to pay it asap.

 

But soon after when i went to AXS machine to check, he still didn't pay up. Never mind, i wait. Then in nov, i went to AXS machine to check again, the fine was gone & i thought it was paid.

 

How i know just now i called lta cause i want to extend the date of 1 fine i got to a later date & found out tt the $650 fine was not paid up yet & has alrdy expired. The operator told me it'll be a court case & now i'm riding a wanted bike.

 

What the f**k, he don't answer my calls & reply my msges, anyone can tell me how can i pass the bike back to him. Can i just push back to the shop? I'm just afraid tt he would tell court/lta i was the one who made the mods & need to pay $650.

you took over his bike after he got fined for illegal mod, so if they check that the fine date is before you took over the bike den he cannot say that it was you who illegal mod the bike or get caught.

should have checked that the fine is paid before taking over ma.. such a huge fine some more

 

may justice prevail.

such a irresponsible rider will get his retribution.

Even if it was under your name, the offence was committed before the transfer.

But he add you as sub rider, so offences will not be on your name. However because u riding a wanted bike, its better to clarify if its an offence..

 

Dun want to one day meet roadblock then kena detain ma right.

That's really a bad idea because when the owner received the summons, all he needs to do is to furnish "Stan" particulars as the driver at the time of the offence. If "Stan" intends to dispute that, then it will become a Court case. Do you dare to lie under oath in Court ?

Anyone with some sense would not do that....it doesnt make any difference from each other....

Stan. Just tell him you will pay as you just cheong 3 red light or license might be revoke...You might not be able to fillfull your agreement with him.

So make sure he pay attention to his letter box...If not court case....NS even better...After court case is DB...BTW police have DB???

Its a good thing he is serving ns in police. Ns boys who commit offences will have a copy of the offence forwarded to their respective unit in-charge and will be filed. So he cannot run away. There won't be any abang-adik story, just because he is in police.

 

 

Since the offence was committed before you were added as a subrider, you are quite safe, leagal-wise.

 

Bad thing is, you are riding a 'wanted bike' (as you mentioned). Sometimes police on patrol may randomly screen bike and car numbers for stolen/wanted bikes. If you kena this or at roadblock,etc, then it might be inconvenient for you (eg. questioning,etc), especially if you are in a hurry.

push to shop as in? you are not the legal owner. just return the bike to him and remove yourself as the sub rider. hope you didn't pay too much for the monthly instalments
