mine is also having that problem. seems like FX wave i's are bugged. later versions seem to work better. i rode for like a yr. now it's time to let go. it'll come back again after u fix, cos it's not like carb. fuel injection pump can always choke and supply more fuel when u don't need, and supply less when u need. timing out.

what shop in singapore knows how to fix wave i?

isnt there any shop here that specialise in fuel injection bikes?

i thinking getting it to boon siew to check it out leh.. if nt.. reali buey gum wan .. since my frenz say l**i is reali nt dat good..

 

or else.. is wait for finish le.. sell tis bike off to bike shop.. den scout ard SBF for other fellow riders' bike..

ya.. i was thinking.. go back boon siew liao.. to hv a full check up.. if reali cannot drag long.. den i consider push back motortiam to trade in @ a lugi price.. but i don the lugi price can b more lugi den fixing it big time...

You dont turn to the max position of the throttle should be ok, cause once you turn to the max, will have powercut come in de. If you turn to just below the max position abit, it will still run to about 110km/h on straight road.

ya i knw there's a power cut.. but when u warm up de engine.. i hold de throttle.. the sound will be like... errr errr eRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.. like irregular liddat...

Never encounter that.. maybe you can bring your bike to Unity motor for a check up?

A wild guess would be your fuel pump or injector head. How old is your bike?

u just ask the mechanics to do tuning to ur carborator.. soemthing to do with the idleity i think.. give it a try...

Wave-i no carb. But the idling can be adjust.

for fuel injection type... when the tunning is out.. meaning that you might have to tune the bike via dyno run..or the cdi is giving the probs.. might need to change cdi.. but FI bike's FI unit should not give probs so easily mah..

 

some more is honda bike..

 

my vfr FI does not give me any prob for more than 2 and the half yrs..
