Latest modification on my Lagenda...

Hooked up my Lagenda with this big bore kit...

http://img81.imageshack.us/img81/4974/16022008212iu6.jpg

http://img257.imageshack.us/img257/7783/16022008215hp6.jpg

That is a 57mm bore block with 62mm sleeve...

So now my Lagenda's engine capacity is

Bore x Stroke = 57 x 54mm

Do the math and you get 137.8cc

Now my engine capacity is bigger than the 135LC's engine...:cheeky:

Also there is some major modification was done to my bike lately...

- Machined the gearbox set.

- Tweaked the auto clutch.

- Machined the crankcase hole to fit the big bore block.

- Installed Mikuni TS125 carburetor.

Now still running in the engine. Can't test is yet.

Yamaha Spark Z

Meter 67149

AG Motor, Jalan Skudai

Mechanic: Mr. Keong

13 March 2008

11am till 5pm

1. OSRAM halogen bulb front head lamp RM10 x 2 =RM20

OSRAM is better then FUJI halogen. It has balance

current flow for front and rear light.

2. Flush Brake Fluid DOT 4 , cleaned brake fluid container

3. DENSO Iridium Plug, bought in Rowell Road, Spore =SGD17

4. MAXXIS front tyre tubeless Made in Taiwan =RM70 http://www.maxxis.com/contact_us/locations.asp

excellent tyre 70/80-17 good cornering and treads

Switched my existing front Michelin to rear wheel

as rear Michelin worn out

5. Handgrip – changed to original RXZ catalyzer / Yamaha Lagenda =RM10

6. Engine oil (15w-50)

7. Chain drive adjust and sprayed Putoline GP1 chain jelly

8. Tighten all nuts / bolts

9. Rewiring for high beam light in meter panel. Add another wire wire for looping.

10. FCC brand – clutch plate 5 pieces RM13 x 5 =RM65

11. DAISO brand – clutch damper set – boosh rubber =RM20

12. Clutch housing O-Ring rubber =RM6

13. NOBORU brand – gasket =RM6

14. Service labour charge for clutch replacement =RM15

I witnessned tedious process to replace boosh rubber inside housing

15. Miscellaneous labour charge =RM5

16. Front wheel – changed tyre nut (air nut), the original rubber broke =RM5

17. Throttle cable insert oil inside. Put oil on the handle bar for throttle to work smoothly. Need to do this every 6 months because water always make rusty.

Total =RM222 :thumb:

wash bike = RM6

Confirmed 13/3/08 meter 67149

He said Suzuki has best design for engine and gearbox

Honda is good for long term lasting

But Yamaha always fails at clutch housing cutch damper worn out and crankshaft bearing loosen and not fit. The symptom is very loud noise while riding

My bike is good condition but ‘sayang’ the bearing of crankshaft has loosen. He showed me by opening the cover (big nut) at left hand side gear box and showed the shaking of bearing. It has to be done during overhaul and sent to factory for fitting.

Anyway, I plan to do some other time in future.

I plan to use Pennzoil engine oil in future
