need to buy thick double side tape

 

opwn all fairing and stick this on body and innder cowling then fix back

 

u will not get any vibration and noise even 125km/h

 

but if noise coming from engine

thn maybe gearbox crankshaft bearing loosen

 

but if vibration coming from footrest then u need to check all nuts and bolts or subs connected

Changed disc caliper bought HL Yamaha RM 82

 

Changed double stand lagenda zr 115

 

Checked exhaust any leaking – NO

 

Fixed socket for 2nd brake light

 

Changed brake shoe

Shell rimula R3X is a good oil.

but not all ppl can accept it, coz its is a diesel oil for heavy duty vehicle.

 

i am using Mobil Delvac MX in my C70~

will shift to Shell rimula series once out of stock.

What do think I should do?the Bike vibrates alot at the rear seat and pillion/Rider footrest. I bring 100 km until my butt gets numb sometimes. Help me please

just now went to hong leong yamaha and bought some parts for yamaha spark z 110cc

also ordered some parts

 

i noticed the parts I bought all are made in japan

 

yes truly yamaha spark z 110cc has many components made in japan

need bring to service tube throttle and adjustment on throttle free play. somehow it got stuck sometimes and idling high. First time encounter this since 00000km

now bike 173,000km

adjusted free play TSK throttle cable OK

 

clean needle jet OK

 

checked tensioner OK

 

checked primary driven gear 20% worn out.

i have bought michelin pilot street new stock RM100 for my yamaha rear tire 80/90-17

will fix next month

if fixing wheel bearing in JB DON DON use NTN although it says made in japan

i suspect got fake imation running around

 

so be safe and use KOYO with double side covered seal and also made in japan

 

per piece including fixing is RM 14

any of us ignore greasing parts

bikes need greasing done 16,000km on chasis and some other areas

 

cvt scooters need greasing done 8,000km

 

i suggest buy one tube or one pack marine grease. Is the best grease and has highest of all criterias

to test grease. Take a spoon of grease and put naked fire via lighter. if it melts then this is fake grease. Good grease will not melt.

 

for msia we still can use penzoil

after riding bike then u stop traffic light or stop anywhere, the idling is very high above 1800rpm

open/close throttle twice then the idling drop 1400rpm

 

suspect

1. throttle body carburator

2. camshaft

 

not sure yet

bike down for 2 days for welding repair on exhaust pipe

after 176,000 km used the pipe got bocor and broken internal components

need to weld open and

potong pipe

then redo inside then weld back

cheaper then buying entire exhaust system
