really ah? when is that regular servicing? after every change of EO? i don't know must clean. lol..

so, after 25000km, i just need to change the belt only? rollers no need eh?

opening up the transmission to clean is good if u wan a smooth ride. if not, just ride till your bike seems sluggish, then your belt is almost time to change.

best to change rollers, u-clips together with belt. seems like the rollers very lasting as its quite ex. but the belt could only last me 18 000km. i full throttle my nouvo 135 every time.

call me if u wan a good scooter mech to touch your bike. we only change wat is necessary.

Ok. Can someone quote me what price you all roughly pay to service the bikes which include the changing of belt and rollers? Let say we based on the manual which states 12000km for those part that needs to be replaced.

Class 3 - 11 September 2006

have lah, just that some bros (alifk69, RS_NOUVO79, Jixiang) may have other more pressing things to attend to at the moment. also, there're others that do not know the existence of this site or don't normally go onto forums :)

also, some bros (bigcow, williamleesg) have moved on to other bikes and the new owners never come onboard...

 wah, Nouvo 42km/l fc still need to do that! now my SW almost double at 23km/l. itchy backside to change...

juz to share when on Nouvo, was using the cheapo Sumo SM-3 $25 helmet. everything was fine as only ride leisurely around 70-90km/h most of the time. suddenly now hitting 130km/h and the visor starts to vibrate and things gets blur. no choice but to change to a better helmet!

becos im from kl.

uncle, do you have any recommendation if i would like to buy one good helmet.

wah, your question is very hard to answer as it's quite subjective and I'm not sure what you have in KL :) so far I only used 2 helmets. so I can only tell you don't get Sumo SM-3 and get HJC FS-3. This HJC says it's wind tunnel tested and it does feels different compared to Sumo in terms of quality, comfort and speed test. If you happened to be in SG this week, you can trade in your old helmet for HJC full-face for S$100 only, which I think is really a good buy but full-face not so practical for an uncle and SG congested roads :)

anyone knows where to get tyres for nuovo in singapore?

I though you already changed long time ago. Looks like the stock IRCs are quite lasting :thumb:

Yes, both Lavender and Eunos have, but not sure if ended / stock-out. Call them to check first.
