Yep. The 2nd longest bike I've held on. 1st is my AN plate vespa sprint. 15yrs. Hahaha

The springer with the tank was just a mock up. didn't like the look so stuck with my dragstar tank till now. Hahaha

If bobbers get caught, tp give you chance to weld back the subframe. Else hv to scrap the bike.

Hello there!

 

To my understanding local SG retailers usually keep in stock only a few items of most used tire types/sizes (say, 17"). Anything else requires a pre-payed (around 50%, I guess) order and waiting time (weeks/months). Any whitewalls tires undoubtedly fall into this category. So be ready to pay and wait.

 

When I was looking for new tires for my springer I could not find any retailer with matching 21" tires in stock, so I ended up ordering a set in Unique_Motorsports. The shop could not avoid some drama with the order but eventually I have those tires (black ME880's) installed and feel happy about them.

 

I guess a self-import of tires is not heavily regulated in SG so you may consider ordering tires you like online somewhere from US, this may be a slightly cheaper and faster option.

Try chong aik.. They may have Shinko ones.

I guess price is sensitive to seller. Perhaps they have invested quite a bit in doing their ride up..

Hi bros,

 

Like to check, is it still possible to find street legal exhaust pipes for Steed VLS in Singapore or if I buy online from overseas is it considered legal?

 

And if the front spring fork chrome is tarnished, is it still possible to make it shine?

 

For maintenance, are parts still easily available locally or online?

Saw a few steeds at the DGR 2016 but din get to meet the riders...oh only one (blue and white with white wall tires...

ezr7171 - saw your bike but din see you ..I think..recognised the red canister holder..
