dude, whr did you get your apes set from?

th bar itself, clutch cable, throttle cable, wires, risers too.

Since you installed saddlebags, where's the backrest? you can install the backrest without worrying about the siderail looking to awkward now.. And your apes REALLY high lah bro. May have problems during inspection.. heeee

 

And now to add the lowering kit to give the rear a lower look.

All the cables are newly custom made for extra length. Risers using old set that comes with the bike when I bought it. Bar from LAB, quality not as tough but cheap. Still looking for a good sexy bar..

I still prefer the fenders without siderails cos may remove the saddles. Still looking for a good quality sexy handles bar. Will lower the bike after I got a suitable bar.

Bar below $100.. As for the measurements not too sure as never really measure but quite comfortable with the height. But should be ard 16 inches height 34 inches width. Lab never indicate the measurements so you can bring a measuring tape there to measure before buying. You will definately like it if you like ape bars, my point of view.

Can try AS Phoon or Mah motor (the one along Serangoon road going towards Sim lim). But be prepared to pay high interest rates 'cos you not buying the bike from them. They will also need to assess the bike before agreeing to give you the loan. Can also try hitachi credit if you planning to buy big bike..

Hardtail as in swapping the shocks w struts or changing to a hardtail frame? If ur budget high can try Sunburst. They did a very nice Dyna sometime back. What kinda look are u after? Jap style please!

However it do not seems to included the full length replacement brake rod and shift rod extension. So izzit possible to fit it to vlx 400 without any additional hardware (it is stated for vlx 600, and I assume should be the same as vlx 400)?
