Correct, that would be a suicide shift. Its a hand operated gear lever.

Starting with frame, wheels motor and Drag Specialties accessories, owner built this bike over many years, patiently polishing every part by hand and hand crafting as much as possible from stainless steel...

Forward brake controls and linkage back to original brake lever pivot...

Rear axle is still held in its original Honda swingarm ends. Note megaphones which were very popular with 70's chopper builders. Rear maltese cross taillight is original Drag Specialties. Same brand seat was initially solidly mounted but "too rough for my bony backside..." says owner. He is currently making a sprung solo seat. Note oil gauge.

Homebuilt oil tank is a tight fit under air cleaners...

Good rider's view shot... Stainless steel handlebars danced around like a bunch of wild cossacks when being welded. This style was a common solution to having T bars that were adjustable... Nice coffin tank with many coats of lacquer...

anyone knows good mech to implement forward controls ? since they can be done on honda!

FAYI: to those wondering what tattoo sleeves are... read on. :p

 

For those who have not seen them, these are the tattoo sleeves.

Please contact babycakes 9845 6442 if you want them. :)

 

It comes in a pair. That means 2pcs of the same design. But if you rotate one of the pcs abit, it'll look like 2 different ones. :)
