how do we know when to change? Any mileage to take note?

Nope there's no way u can measure or define like when to service it base on milage.

Cause if lets say u crank the bike 2 times per day, in the morning going to work and after work back to home. u rode for 10km only example.

Another fellow same, cranks 2 times also but he travels 100km from changi to tuas and back again ...

So definitely the 2 person's millage will be more than the 1st rider's right?

The only way u can know is when u depress your "Starter" button and it's like sometimes it cranks sometimes it doesn't that kind of thing. So could be starter needs servicing other than battery and rectifier problem.

What say u

Aie....nice one there.....

but beware..the balancers cost like 120 bucks....

Seriously ah? I was told by my mechanic that the heavy steel ones are selling for $50 to $60 at Motoworld. I'm thinking of buying a set for myself cos my current stock balancers are useless. The handle bars and side mirrors vibrate when I ride at fast speeds. :weep:

If you put a damper, his helmet will be super steady. During corners, his head will steadily tilt to the left or right depending on the kind of corners he takes... :cheeky:

does the heavy weight will affect the handling of the bike like cornering?

hmmmm....i always had my bar end weights on and i find cornering stable....but i dont think that the bar end weights contribute much diff....bar end weight help to reduce vibration slightly...so i guess that your handle bar will be abit more stable....but conering stability is in the suspension set up, tires, and steering dampers.

Dunno leh, ProjectD. Once I fix the heavy balancers and try cornering at the BKE bend towards KJE at 180km/h, I'll inform you of the outcome if I live through the attempt... :cheeky:
