I am currently using DA for my motorcycle insurance.

But my class 3 is less than a year. I casually tried getting a quotation but message pop up that I have to call u guys directly.

 

So will DA actually quote me or reject as my class 3 is less than a year?

Sorry took me a while to get back. Do you mean Class 2 (3rd tier) license?

If it's 1 year with Class 3 (car) we will not be able to quote for you, even if you have motorcycle experience.
