yah i wish to know whether there's elecric start....got the urge to buy this bike

Dreams are only dreams, but working towards your dream will no longer be just your dream. It will be reality

IMO i think the kick start is ok liao... kick one time sure will start.. nvr even pull choke.... i noe some bike kick like 4-5 times thn start in the morning... but altho i don start in the morning but afternoon... sometimes i don even start for a day haha... still can start after 2 kicks.... this bike is g8

Posted

yeah me too...still waiting for the e-start... cant wait to own one. anw where to get sports rims for this beuty? and is the accessories easy to get?

Posted

not that easy as yet... but can forsee shop bringing in hehe

today i tested 135spark's with clutch... got some differances i will point out to those who cant make up their minds as to get which model.

w/c the feeling is like 125Z but all the gears dwnwards little movment on gear lever. w/o/c is like wave la.. hahaha

w/c the feeling in throttle is 'lighter'. w/o/c is heavier.. can feel diff.

w/c i noticed that engine noise is greater thn the one w/o/c

w/c lesser engine brake compared to w/o/c

hope this clears some doubts...

of coz w/c is PI la

thats abt it la...

135spark.... care to comment abt the ride just now?

erm...maybe if u got chance...can help to try see:

- w/ gear engage & engine not running

- try to clutch in kickstart see whether can start or not

my X1 canot kickstart unless its in neutral gear...

so means if u at gear 1 moving off and the engine die off cause of reasons like engine not warm enough or clutch release too quickly...

u need to change to neutral before can kickstart

if not...when u kickstart the bike will jerk forward :giddy:

=[ Honda CBR150R ]=

....=[ R E P S O L ]=....

ya...same as sparks too...need to be in neutral then can start...

yeah ..

u clutch in cannot kickstart...

i also tried bambino's w/o/c spark

all i can say is hmmm...i not like clutchless bike ...hahaha( :sorry: bambino):cheeky:

when i first try...my left hand will auto "clutch in" but then i cannot touch the lever....

feel like abit strange...

also the gear shift muz kick all the way and its harder to kick then my clutch bike...

the engine barke as bambino say is not as great coz u control it wif your lever

but when i kick down bambino's bike when reaching a hump...

i suddenly jerk...hahaha...abit scare...

the rest hmmm

bambino have already summerise liao...

will add if i think of others..

but then maybe we should test the others bike before commenting more ba.....

coz diffferent bike different charateristics....

mine reaching 1600 km liao...

time to change EO,

maybe will have difference

i am in the process of deciding whether to get a spark135 or not.. i have a few questions though.. i hope u, sparks135 riders can clarify with me..

1). i went to BP the other day.. i was quoted 3.6k inclusive of $100 2nd party insurance top up as i am not yet 31 for the clutch version.. when i asked the fella at the counter, about the GST... he said it is included oreadi.. issit true?.. or BP has hidden cost too like some shops?

2). i know from the thread there are some big size riders riding the S135.. any problem with pillion with stock shocks?

3). any problem if i have to ride long distance, about 75kms from home to work and back.. normal expressway riding, does the engine feel stress?

one more question i forgot to ask!!..

4). what's the tank capacity and fuel consumption like?...

i'm sorry if i bother anyone with my questions... but the answers u guys gave will help me in making my decision in getting the bike... thx in advance...

Cheers!!

yeap.. this is the prob with kick start and w/o/c...w/c maybe still can clutch in and start the bike...but no clutch u kini stuck there faint... :giddy:

now after 3 weeks on t135...think i prefer bikes with clutch altho this clutchless bike when stop at traffic light, both hands can fold and u can sit and smile at taxi drivers~ lolz...

its abit strange for starters...but i got used to it liao..

w/o/c the stopping is more rigid...with clutch u can clutch in and drop back gear (from 4 to 1) at one time...but w/o/c cannot do that or bike will jerk like mad..

only when speed is verylow then possible, but by this time the bike will start to wobble abit(vlow speed..)

haiz...change bike soon? class 2A..:)

1) the hidden cost u have to ask them repeatedly...remind them that the price on paper is the final cost you will pay..bring up the topic on 'hidden cost' then ask them if there is any..i didn buy from BP..mayb those who bought from BP can share~...

2) bambino...u considered 'big size' ma? lolz...i'ld say the shocks on t135 is quite good...i was pillon-ed the other day on t135 and i must say the suspension below felt quite ok..reasonable..but i weigh only 55kg..less than 60..

3) well for the initial run in of new bikes...u cant speed..80km/h..so now my bike coming 600+ mileage. i tried 90km/h today...quite ok on CTE..but for 2B bikes, what can u expect...t135 not mend for high speeding..so when u go higher speed, u might feel engine stress abit..

normal riding should be fine i guess...keep to 80km/h

hope it helps...cup kia helps u save $ on petrol lo..and easy maintain..

1) Bought 2 bikes from BP. Both first hand bikes, my Wave and Sparkz. COnfirm BP no additional cost. Very honest. Only the boss very the bochap attitude. But if u can tahan him, the savings u make is worth it.

2)My advise is, dun worry abt the stock shock. The bike is good to ride....if there is a need to, then just change the rear shock. I dun think will be too expensive. SO far, i think the rear shock is quite ok...not problems with it.

3)Engine stress, so far, when riding at abt 80km/h, a bit of vibration...but once u ride faster, it becomes smoother...

4) I managed to get about 50km/l during my first 800 km . This might be because i ride at 80km/h max, and i dun drag the gears...
