haha... by coming into this cubs forum... i reckon you're eyeing a cub already...

i was riding a spark with clutch... have since changed bike already.... riding an automatic now...

 

my 1st intention is to take automatic de... but i tink for me as a new rider, abit not gd bah, tat y i chose to aim cubs de...

 

tryin my luck here n to noe more abt cubs.. hee..

that was my feeling when i was i just passed as well...

 

cos when i passed, i rode my friend's aprilia atlantic... which is an automatic... the lack of engine brake somehow feels insecure...

 

then i went ahead to ride a manual cub for like 1 year... and now i've gotten lazy... automatic... twist-n-go bikes can be really fun too....

 

after you know about cubs, feel free to join in the outings or the anniversary event upcoming... (you should have your cub by then i guess.. hahhaa)

i try to luk ard but mostly is RR de... but i jus dun like the kick start..

gal gal kick start like not beri nice.. hee..

 

actually last time I was riding a wave and enjoy the electric start cos i scare that if engine dies off on the road I can just start and go. Later I realise that when i am riding a clutchless bike, my engine almost can never die off.

 

Now I am riding spark 135 w/o the clutch and kick start (w/o electric start). I only need to kick start during the initial warm up and okie loh. without electric start u dun need to waste battery life and can start even if your battery is flat.

my spark speedo seem to give me the wrong measurement. My 120km/h feel that 90km/h.. I try to ride pass the speed cam at the speed of 110km/h on my speedo and nothing happen..

 

Does the rest of you have this problem?

spark speedometer displays around actual speed + 20km/h....

 

so 110km/h is actually only just hitting 90km/h.... which explains why the camera doesnt snap you... haha....

come on... we still went to desaru on our cubs. i am still ard here too leh. cubs are fun, light, agile and economical. but an automatic is still better. haha....

i tried clocking my speed with a 500cc bike and the difference is jus 10km/hr... by the way wat bike u are riding at high speed all bikes will sort of float up abit so the cam cannot capture the bike... as cant detect... u can try somemore den let us know wat the max limit den will get capture on cam lo...

i tried that also, 80km/hr and below is 15km/hr to 20km/hr diff.... above that is 15km/hr to 10km/hr diff~
