bro next week there is a DIY session for EO and sparkplug change... there isnt a standard on wat EO to change it depends on individual... so to personal preference... semi or fully...

Yos, btw when is you guys DIY session, cos me in the army then really wanna joi you guys to learn more on the bike.

Btw, how come when my bike run at about 80km/h at gear 4, it sounds like it's dragging. Then when my pillion my fren, he said that when about 70 ~ 80, the bike like vibrating.

I tested myself on the expressway, i sat really behind then travel at about 80km/h. I found that the bike is vibrating a lot. But when i push to 100km/h it became normal.. Scary wor..

weekend diy will b organised as well if there is respond... but currently we dun even have respond to the thread so i cant promise anything...

bro u cant test when u are sitting more to the rear as the weight distribution is out le it bcame the front too light even worse if u have box in the rear... well for the vibration part all i can say is every bike will have this prob... at certain speed certain rev the bike will respond differently... ur spec of ur bike oso cause a factor...

jus some opinions...

Hmm, ok. Then I think I will have to send to the workshop to have it checked it out. Cos my fren say it's vibrating way more then the first time I pillion him. Do you guys think it's good to send it back to hong leong for full check or just send to a normal workshop? Do you think hong leong charge more but they do through checks?

If there are any other weekend DIY i don't mind joining. Beats reading the manuel (very complicated). :giddy:

u are refering to ur present ride or sparks? slip gear could be due to in proper running in... excessive additives added into EO dat over smoothen the gears...

my opinion la... not really neccessary to send back to hong leong... cos its not as thou those major things u need to do... unless ur ride is a rare ride which not much shop know how to touch it... but overall its really not worth it... as for the vibrations all i would say wear and tear even u go bike shop its oso wear and tear too... unless u tell me exact how bad it is and where mayb i can help u... if not save the money and do other maintains la... mayb u will like to check ur bearings as they might b worn out too...

HELP!!!!!!

Guys, some contractor went to do some painting in my camp and the paint dripped all on my bike!!!!! OMG!! Going to complain about the contractor. But got anything i can do to remove the paint from the bike?? OMG!! My heart stopped when I saw paint marks all over my bike man.. My seat, mirror, box, everything.. I tried using water and some oil which removed some of the stains, but i cannot use oil for the bike's paint work as i heard it's bad for it. Even my box stain's cannot be removed.

Guys got any idea on how to fix. I heart really broken when i saw it..

generally, there are 2 types of paint.

water based and oil based...

if the paint thats on your bike is paint that is applied to walls and ceilings, fret not... it should go off after a few washes...

if its oil based paint that it gets abit more tacky.... btw... what paint work do you have?

spark135 doesnt really have a 'paint work' per se....try whatever remover you have on a small spot first if you're really worried.

hi there,

Recently, i realised that i am having some problem with my spark135.

whenever i try to press the front brake, the bike tends to jerk quite badly therefore i always use my rear brake.

And, i think the problem is with the front disk plate. I think it is bend alrd.

And i dono if the problem lies anywhere else?? E.g the front rims

Can u guys give me ur views

Thanks in advance
