HI bro sry to hear about ur plight.. but i have a piece of information for ppl who are asking to COI their bike. U can actually take it up to small claims court. But only if u have a written agreement for it signed in fromt of a lawyer. It would cost abt 100-200 maximum. SO if anything like bike kena repo or installment never pay can claim from the buyer so that u won't have to pay the money owed to the shop...... the other way for the one's with no agreement is

1) before selling the bike get the owners address and keep it first..so anything happenes can go to the guys house and claim

2) if he add name to insurance can explain the scenario to the insurance coy and get the address of the buyer.

3) if all else fails and have to pay up...swallow it and pay after that when u see the buyer on the road somewhere....

1)whack the **** out of him..... or

2)(my personal favourite) if u see him on the road and u are driving.... run him over and put the blame on him.... can get insurance claim money.... lol

Most of the time, people let others COI their bike is due to the fact they didn't put enough down payment, resulting in incurring massive interest loss lasting up to 2 - 3 years. Means that their first 2 - 3 years of installments is actually paying ONLY the interest and they can't get back a single cents when they wish to sell, hence COI.

I guess 1 good lesson learned is to manage our finance well before committing to buy a bike be it CL2 or CL2B.

When times are bad, friend can b'com foe...!

Moral of the story, don't ever believing anyone, even though ur relative nor family members to COI for ur bike....

For the shop incidents, juz put urself as the bike shop position...!

5mths never pay, then tu-lan liow, if it happen to us also the same, someone owe money never pay for 2mth already search high and low for that person...!

Shops are Shops, doesn't matter how long u have been thier customer, they also earn a living, nobody buy, or ppl never pay installments, they also will CLOSED one day.

I ever heard my freind story lagi worst, never pay for 3mths, bike repo..!

Then go to bike shop, the bike shop say wait for lawyer letter, no negotiable..

Then after the lawyer letter come, he need to pay all the remaining installments, but then the bike belongs to the shop already....!

Die ah like that...!

To the rest of the bro's here juz piece of advise, don't ever let ppl COI ur bike..

And there is no point knowing which shop is that, to me all shop is about the same."U pay, U ride.Never Pay,U Die...!

To bro joe, let us pray for the best of the horrible situation to subside...:(
