you can try AS Phoon at Serangoon. The last time I went down they have. About S$500 brand new.

LTA are enforcing these non registered vehicle and offenders found using them on public road might face 2 basic offence.

 

Riding w/o valid driving licence (not exceeding $1k court fine)

Riding w/o valid insurance coverage (not exceeding $1k court fine + up to 1yr disqualification of all driving licence)

 

They are liasing with TP to draft legislation maybe to enforce another offence on use of non-registrable vehicle.

There was an article in the papers some weeks ago bout ppl using the carpark as a circuit of sorts.

And you got the usual complainers, who say its too damn noisy/smoky.

 

Singapore is either too small in land space, or Singaporeans are just too small at heart.
