haha.. agreed with JbAtRaCeR.. it's the over folw pipes near the airbox oone right??

for me, i've not been connecting them since i bought the bike.. mine are 8yrs old and had already hardened.. any water that gets in the tankcap gets drained directly out onto the air box.. no issues at all..

just needa take care when pumping petrol, not too much to overflow...

if you insisted in changing.. can go try Unique tmr..

there is no proper pipe

Pipe?...no lah...it's just two rubber drainage tube..one large and the other small that is attached to two 'snout' under your tank. Your is missing because them mechanic always forgot to attached it back after putting back the tank. These two tubes run just long enough thru your frame and dangle just below the bike. Don't put also can lah...but over spill would get things messy. So..you can just buy the rubber tube or hose from any car spare part shop or look around the waste bin in some bike motodiam...sure got some unwanted rubber tub lying around.

Vaccum tube is the one that have one end attach to your pet **** and the other end to left side of the back (near top) engine block which has a snout like protrusion. If that tube is out..teh bike still can ride but just cannot idle. Sometime mech also forget that one till they notice bike can't idle.

The big pipe is the overflow the small on is the breather tube. The overflow one is important, you dont want to get petrol/rainwater directly onto the wires under the tank.

Very true indeed. Just to add on, the breather tube is just as important. If its blocked...after 2-3km of riding and when have to stop for idle..it won't..wngine will suddenly run dead. When try to restart..it may but likely not..not until you leave the bike at rest for 5-10 mins or open the tank cap. Blockage is common when the tank is put back and the tube get bend along its path..reason I think why mech sometime pretent they don't know and don't bother to put it back..and eventually the tube would hang loose and drop while you ride after awhile. Anyway...to know wheather your breather hole or tube is block..when you open the tank cap..there is a LOUD "Pssssssssssssst!"..yes, expanded fuel gas vapour farting! Even park under hot sun and if partially block...alo "Pssssssssssssssst!" :)

issit possible to purchase jz the overflow pipe?

Sure..it just a rubber tube...can even use those that aquarium uses..just have to get the internal diameter ight. Its better to get those fuel hose (chemical and heat resistance)selling in car spare part shop. Its on reel and just tell them the length you need. It's about $2.50 cents for 1 meter...thinner one..cheaper.
