panadol extra? :cheeky:

 

that always comes in handing when i felt slight headache.. if i don eat during slight headache period. thru-out de day i sure feel horrible. especially at night :sian:

tell u best news... whole of sandakan sold out panadol extra, panadol acti-fast... onli left e normal, menstrual n muscle ache kind of panadol..

:lol: theres once i couldnt find panadol extra. i took flu de instead(eventhough i don have flu) but it work de same. though it took a lil' longer for de headache to cease.
