Cos Givi did not mk it for this bike.

Either use the Universal brackets & find ways to mount, or,

go to SKMIC to customize the mounting brackets.

may i ask, where did you get the rear box rack?

its affixed onto the existing mounting point for the pillion handle grab right?

got too many to list.. haha..

I have used Givi cases and now using Kappa case. So far, I find that quality is on par except for the brand name and its cheaper by Kappa.

hi lao jiaos. need ya advises out there.

 

was abt to fix up a givi box for my spec1. only to realise that 2 of the mounting brackets on the bike frame are missing??

 

givi 45L rack has 2 mountings on the top, where the suspensions are.

 

the other 2 is at the bottom, attached to the main frame.

 

one of my bracket has broken off and is bent inwards, and the other is missing!

 

anyone has any idea where can i replace and weld them back?

TeeMorTee: In my opinion, the best and safest way to go abt solving your problem is to go to Seng Kwang. It might be a bit expensive but its quality work done.

 

InfernalWar: You can use the Givi Spec III specific rack and get your H&B case mounted on it.

need yr help..i knw nothin abt boxes. usually all bikes i bought came with a box, but recently i bought a bike w/o a box,so here i m sourcin out for the 1st time,any gd deal in garage sale? or any1 sellin off theirs?

 

i'm planning to get a full set(rack,base and box) for my S4-spec 3, i'm on a budget, just smthin nice and reasonable price. Can at least put 2 helmet

 

i heard abt givi and kappa brand, pls kindly enlighten me on brands and shop to install..

Here's something to help you get started with.

 

Rack for Spec 3

Kappa V46 46L box

Kappa V46 46L box

 

Stick to Spec 3 specific rack for your bike. Kappa and Givi are sister companies and their spares are compatible with one another.

hi guys for lowering of exhaust must be done at SK isit? how much do they charge?

and how do they do it actually? heat up the header and bend it to make it lower is it?

They will cut on the lower side near the coupling of end can and header. Bend it downwards just enough to give your panniers clearance. Weld back the gap.

 

Walla~! Lowered exhaust. But best is get their stainless steel mod midpipe. Increase throttle response and nicely lowered.
