any one is using it now?

M1 Broadband plans

 

*512kbs (Unlimited) --Q , if im using this just to use Msn & also webcam to chat to friend from over sea, emails,some net surfing ,isit more than enough for just 512kbs? Any 1 have any idea?

 

*1.8Mbps (Unlimited)

 

*3.6Mbps (Unlimited)

Good things dont come cheap & cheap thing dont come good

i last time 512 i play games like dota cs

 

and chat online.

 

dl games online.

 

psp games all.

To ride on the road, You need skills,Stamina, or even luck.

 

But to be a good rider, you have to change with your environment,and adjust yourself to its rhythm.

 

Cultivate the confidence to face the different situations. Don't let yourself to be subdued by the environment :thumb:

But guess what, i just called to check with starhub, starhub can get to 7.2mbps for $72 , but i got %50 off, so only $36 ...guess that one better...

i using M1 V1800 boardband plan.

unlimited data plan + free incoming calls.

they even rent u a free wireless router for home usage!

less than $40 per mth.

LEAF departure is B`cos of WIND pursit or TREE didn't ask her to stay?

U YEARN for wat u FANTASIZE den 2 realise who U should TREASURE...

the m1 thing is crap. i'm using now, will auto disconnect or suddenly connection not gd. looking to change to starhub once my contract ends or maybe singtel if got gd offer

 

i dun use the free router tat M1 rent it to mi.

i just use the sim in HSPDA pda-phone, so far so good.

since all 3 M1 plans are unlimited.. why not do 1.8mbps?

 

in theory, networks operate at 80% efficiency only... which brings the 512kbps to around.... 400kbps...

 

bad connection... minus 10% more... left 350kbps... not really my idea of broadband...

 

apply the 30% performance degradation to a 1800mbps plan... you're still getting 1.2mbps...

 

2 cents.

After doing my reserch for this , i notice that if ur paying $40 for the V1800 broadband plan, u can actually get starhub up to 7.2mbps broadband for only $36 but only if ur a maxonline user get a %50 off haha...

i may consider to get from starhub..but im using for my laptop use, mostly use for Email , web surfing and Msn plus Webcam, so i need to know is 512 enough for me to use webcam..:thumb: , if not i will get from starhub...:thumb:

Bro,i currently using the M1 512kbps for my laptop....More than enough...lolx...If basic usage like web surfing,webcam,Msn,It's enough...:cheeky:

Anyway, m1 upgraded the broadband speeds already.

 

512kbps to 1mbps and 1.8mbps to 2mbps.

 

Well, not really a big difference lah. But i guess it's better den nothing right? :p

Anyone using M1 mobile broadband at home? In ur room? Is da connection strong? Cos i heard from my fren if u use in ur room, might have weak reception. Is it true?

if u sign-up the highest speed plan oso i dun think u can get that speed. cheap plan seems ok to me
