Bugs me, that there are more and more people, who cannot face up to their mistakes or acknowledge their mistakes, and instead try to shift attention to other people and their possible mistakes. To cover the attention onto their mistakes.

Its one part of it. But more related to current experiences of real people regarding their marriage and even professional lives.

Whoopsie moment as I missed gear 2 (and put the bike into neutral instead) as I was going up a short slope out of a carpark at Dempsey last night. Bike tipped over to the left while on the incline and I managed to put her gently down.

Problem is I forgot to engage the front brakes when I lifted her so she slid backwards as I was lifting her.

Scratches on the crashbar and a slightly bent clutch lever. Thanks to H&B the fairing and other parts were unscathed. Was amazed tht I had the strength to lift the bike up on the slope.

But what's bugging me is the morning after LOL. Woke up feeling my muscles strained all over my left arms, legs and my lower back. LOL so much for strength....

FZ1. Prob ard 220kg wet.

And the bike was lying on the left side on a roughly 25 to 30 deg cambered upslope. Meaning that it was lying more than 90 degrees tipped over LOL. Must have been the adrenaline indeed.

Pity I forgot to grab the brake levers. It slid back a bit adding some scratches to the crashbar. Looks like I gotta take a bit of sandpaper and black spray paint to it tonite. :p

And bend back the slightly bent-in lever like so: http://asvinventions.com/Bent-Lever.html

Handphone spammers.....

Always ask to unsubscribe with UN but keep spamming, so I replied F#$K YOU!

Reason: Read online that by replying the sms with a "UN" message automatically registers you as a valid active user and this will go to their call center which will sell your number/ email account to spammers.

Got a reply message too. Seems it got him angry which is good. If everyone reply him in kind instead of "UN" which doesn't do a damn, it would get the "Don't mess with me!" message across better than the "UN"

Seriously encourage everyone to go reply them during ungodly hours at night or reply their rude unsolicited spams message with and equally rude message instead of the "UN" message.

Motorcyclist are the nicest people on the road, try not to kill us.

Ah sir, really keep me in suspense.

Apparently, some females was gossipping about me, at a event, where I was not present, and does not wish to be present.

He only tell me, its a female, but dont tell me who. So I suat lah.

Besides, if people dont gossip about me, to show they are how holey and righteous......I think I will strike toto.

Not that borthered about the gossipping, though I sometimes think........veiled warnings about the gossipping is kinda like wasting a lot of time.

long time didn't post here. Parked my bike at an mscp just opp my workplace. I would have park at my workplace cp instead but its really a waste of money. i don't mind paying if at the very least a decent clean up or maintanence is done coz there's cat feces all over the cp. And I hate to park it there only to return to my bike with a really smelly stench.

I work full-shift that day so place my coupon on my bike and parked it. Returned later at night to only see a grey kr parked at the side of my bike while my bike looked like it was pushed away to make room for the kr. there's 3 lots. and 4 bikes. The first one was taken by a phantom, second by a superfour. my bike was the unlucky one coz im riding a spark and its light enough eventhough i locked my bike.

I was so mad. I was with a friend that night and he thought about pushing the kr at a certain position. told him there's no point in asserting revenge. I really am mad until now just thinking about it. I could only assume he handle my bike with care. I really hope not to assume the otherwise....

I just wished karma would befell the owner. I'm have a season parking tag and still sometimes others occupy my parking lot. I don't pushed his or her bike away to make room for mine. I just look for other lots. Why would some people really die2 must occupy the lot even if its occupied. haizz...

is this common problem nowadays?

D kr is foreign registered?? Its quite common actually. Last time i had tis experience, i wrote a note abd told him to not be lazy and look for another lot if he needs to park

If i recall its not foreign registered but its more of the kr with box kinda bike. can see scratches all over the bike. dirt etc. at first, I kinda feel sorry for the bike instead coz its a great bike and was one of my first choices is to get a kr. infact getting a kr is even cheaper than my spark haha...

I just bought a Puma Desmo v2 boot and having troubles with the velcro. It keeps getting caught on my footpegs whenever I paddle my bike. Does anyone have that experience before?

Biking is something that everyone can learn and enjoy! :goodluck:

To buy Samsung Galaxy Tab or not.

Hard to answer.

I like the idea of a massive Android smartphone for fun ("My HP bigger than yrs ah") but value for money? Heard the thing is slow to multitask and apps sometimes don't scale well to the big screen. I can probably type faster on a phone with qwerty keyboard too since I write huge love letters in sms :p

But being able to MSN and surf net on the go on a decent sized screen and use the thing for phone calls (big battery life too) would be nice. Netbooks are too lousy as single purpose devices and iPad too is single purpose (can't use as phone).

Some additional tips:

Things to take note when buying bike:

1. Compare the insurance prices

2. Compare the parts availability and waiting time

3. The shops/mechanics that can repair the bike

4. Resale value of the bikes

5. Sitting posture for rider & pillion

Need to run in the engine first during the required running-in period after overhaul, change the engine oil n oil filter at required intervals, you can feel the surge of power once the engine has been broken in, then can wack the bike.

Bikes manufactured recent yrs have higher tolerance level thus seldom have the need for overhaul.

Improper modification of bikes might caused pre-mature damaged/spoilt thus having the need to overhaul and replaced faulty components.

Wat to look out for if you feel vibration when riding.

1. Wheel bearings

2. Steering cone bearing

3. Fork oil (Time to service fork)

4. Check for loose chain or worn-out sprockets

5. Rear shocks too soft (Time to change the shocks or rebuild them)

6. Check tire pressure.
