Anybody know how to reduce vibration on the handle bar? Been shaking quite badly this 2 days reach destination with numb palms :(

wear gloves. it helps.

vibrations could also mean you could be over-revving your engine.

since the vibrations are from your handlebar...

just remove your handlebar...

then no more vibrations...

haha...

No quick cure for this issue bro,Need to check 1) Steering cone bearings ( wear/tear) 2) Tyres pressure or tyre itself ( lumpy or distorted/ underpressure)3) Rim bearings ( wear / tear) 4) Fork alingments. All play a factor. But wearing gloves do help + a heavier end balancer. Worst case scenario, buy new bike, no vibrations:)

My last P200 only had 3000 kms on it. So no vibration problems.

Only very minimal vibration on the foot pegs.

Could be engine oil also. Check Oil level and how old it is?

@Brandonwang ..... first thing first

1: end weights damper: tightened your handle end weights!!! .... btw what type of end weights you used? .. stock is good enough since the handguards are not here yet!! ..

2: wheel bearing: put on main stand ... grab tight the front fork with one hand while the other hand try to pull up and down the front wheel .. if you hear knocking sound or your wheel can move up and down while pulling .. meaning your wheel bearing need to change. Btw .. since your milage have almost reached 60k .. wise to change lah if you have not done so .. .

"

Wheel bearings usually last quite a while, perhaps 15,000 to 30,000 miles. If you feel any play in the bearings replace them. If the wheel hub feels very hot to the touch, check to see if the brakes are dragging. If the brakes are not dragging, replace the bearings because there has been a lubrication failure. The bearings have overheated and are ruined. Likewise, if you have the axle out for some reason, like a tire change, and you notice it is discolored, as if it had been heated up with a torch, replace the bearings and the axle too. If you are going on a long trip and can't remember when you last replaced the wheel bearings, replace the bearings. If in doubt, replace the bearings. You only have two wheels. If one locks up at speed, you will be in BIG trouble! " dan motorcycle

3: wheel alighnment : main stand .. rotate the front wheel and observe the wheel rotates for any wobbling.

4: fork oil: tie a cable tight around the fork. Sit and push the bike forward and applied the front brake.. check the level of the cable tie if both balance or not. ... btw top up the fork oil if have not done so

5: cone bearing: go UM to check

6: others: go Um to check

my share only ... cheers!
