My side boxes feel really nice. I feel like I am riding a huge bike, like the fazer  also there is a dedicated space for the raincoat. In the parking lot now people need to give me more space

Only problem is cannot anyhow lane split like before, need to think twice, actually thrice :faint:

Also can feel the air turbulence at 100 km/hr due to the side boxes + 48L Zeus box.

Not sure of the brand, but ya, they are quite thin boxes, like about 6 inches wide each. But its definitely more than my leg and sittin position. I am a very thin person, bro

It does extend beyond my handle bar width, but not too much. Still need to get used to the extra width.

your side box is studds brand from india...

stated 21L but is slightly smaller...

not removable but can mod to make it removable...

from the previous pic you posted your boxes are slightly slanted...

do try to make sure their angle is ok if not water will sip in...

your side boxes are only held to the bike by a base plate and the base plates are only attached at 2 points at the top...

your sides boxes will tend to swing inwards and outwards when travelling because of the top only mounting...

this can be solved by some simple mods to steady it...

the width of your bike side boxes is roughly the width of your mirrors if you are on stock mirrors...

how i know all these?

cause i was on these boxes previously and tried an error with the mods...

I had Studds 21 on my Daystar.

Nothing fancy but useful to put other stuff.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to keep them as the buyer of the Daystar wanted it badly and he was such a nice chap.

studds 21L is good for cruisers cause of the lower profile, less "swinging" in n out...

Wow. Brilliant! you know so much about boxes. I didnt give too much thought to the boxes. Looked kind of cool so that was one part that attracted me to the bike :) I have managed to push/pull the boxes and made them straight from the slanted position.

BTW, I dont think the boxes swing in-out. They are really tightly fastened to the main rack and I had a tough time to straighten them.

i went through the part when i opened my box after riding home in hevay rain to find a mini flood inside

and the "swinging" of the boxes

and estimating the width wrongly and hitting 1 taxi and 1 pick up...

the tight part is the top fastened part

because the boxes is only fastened at the top, when travelling the bottom part of the boxes will start to "swing" in and out

not literally swing but more of like a flapping motion

i was told about this when i went for my 1st outing with the pulsar group and nemesis pointed it out to me

do watch out for the spring on the inside of the lid

it tends to rust easily
