What's the pb with the brake light : is it the bulb that's tired ? Do I need to take one with me on the trip

 

For the tyres, I've been using battlax for almost 10k km now and they are really great, never a skid or lost balance, excellent grip. Worth the price in my opinion.

For my next pair, I was thinking to try the sinko ones (is that the name ??), from japan or korea I can't remember now. Apparently good quality and good price..

 

the tail lights are leds...

have to change the whole thing not 1 bulb...

i think its not the LEDs...

more of the connection...

I am using a duro rear tire. Right now. Satisfactory performance.

may i ask again what tyres are u all using for your pulsars? =)

the uncle at UM introed me to DURO ones. are they any good?

or is it better to stick to the stock ones? why does pulsar look so tall in the shop? is it cos of the stock tyres?

 

Any tire is better than stock mrf zappers.

 

Duro tires from taiwan is pretty good. The thailand version suffers from uneven wear. Universal stocks the taiwan version, so its all good.

I dont bother. If the mata wants to check if my roadtax is valid or not, their system can check in a matter of seconds.

I put mine behind the rear license plate, bolted to the license plate upper bolt. The tax road and parking disc are there, you can then fold them to be hidden behind the license plate so they don't mess the look of the bike

Last i checked, yours is 17", 120/70 ? Lab should have it. 80 dolls if i recall correctly.

By right u should display it. By left, tp should have d latest tech to scan ur plate no for a record. But always keep it with u whenever u r in jb. I kena tahan once with speedaddict in broad daylight without displaying a roadtax. Luckily he let me off.

Can i know how u guys attach the p plate to ur bike? And which part of ur bike do u attach it to? I got many friends p plate kenna stolen.

yes by law you need to display on the bike ... law means law!! ... some can give and take while some not ....

 

as alvin mentioned we have discussed this topic long time .. some never kene summon but that does not mean they won't get summon one day!!! ..

This is what I did:

 

• Get the 3M p plate from DIY stores or petrol stations
  
• Peel off the small white rectangle velcro-like adhesives
  
• Peel off the reflective parts from the white plastic backing very slowly
  
• Clean the surface you wanna paste the p plate on and paste the reflective parts (you don't need any additional adhesive)
  

 

For me I chose to paste it on the front fairing (above license plate) and rear mudflap thingie (below license plate)
