one thing i love about my pulsar is it looks nice even with box and with the box i can dump sooo many things in it! im loving it!

Small question. After the air filter change. And opends up my box. I can feel the engine sucking alot alot alot of air. And can feel the choking of fuel ots like telling me gimme fuel not air! !!!!!!. Um cn tune cqrb? how much is it?

i changed the filter, and took out the top rubber intake mouth. And super noisy but I LOVE THE SOUND:thumb: can outsound the kups with opened silencers:dot:

and one thing i realise, the bike feels more lighter with the filter, exp at acceleration.

really really hoping someone can shed some light,

 

was riding and my bike kept on stalling. had to push start on a slope.

 

my bike push start is useless and kickstart must kick a lot of times then will get lucky with choke on,

 

haven had the time to diagnose the problems to UM as im busy with work any bros care to comment?

 

lastly theres a ticking sound near where the block and spark plug is when the bike is idling does it mean bike needs to overhaul soon? will take vid and post if possible soon :cry:

Recent problem?

Idling rpm?

Check your fuel lever...

Check your spark plug cap is properly plugged in...

Spark plug condition...when last change plug?

Did you park under the sun for extended period of time?

Ticking sound most likely cam chain noise, yes you need to overhaul, if the ratting becomes really bad. Regarding the push start you mean, pushing the bike or pushing the starter button?

He has no idea how old the spark plugs are as he hasn't done anything to the bike after buying it and he surely doesn't have a voltmeter. I always maintain that you should change the spark plugs, airfilter, EO right away after buying a used bike. Brake pads, Chain/sprockets, battery and tyres should be changed if necessary.

Phantom's come with this chain roller. But uncle MJ, according to what I read the chain roller surface should be flat and shouldn't have any grooves on it. The grooves appear on it after the chain starts rolling on it due to friction and once grooves appear need to change or else the friction will be more. But the 1st pic already has deep grooves, strange!

spark plugs is new just changed. no voltmeter to measure and when riding out onto carpark is fine unless i never warm up properly coz it stalled in traffic light.
