ok.. Drymaster is way over budget.. im actually planned only $50 - 80.. o no..

So the seat compartment is really tight.. probably just to keep a rag for wiping seat dry.. o no x 2..

actually taichi drymaster is not a good investment...

its a superb investment...

quoting uncle mj, after getting the drymaster, you will hope it rains everyday so you can test out if it is real to be dry even under thunderstorms...

and its super small and thin...

for $50-$80 can go for ogk, arai rain coats...

but they will be more than 2 times the thickness and bulkiness of the drymaster and not as lasting...

For $30-40 budget I can recommend the R-tec yellow raincoats. They do keep dry but are thicker. You will sweat in the rain.

Make sure you get the older stock cos the new ones are very thin and won't last long.

Frankly, if it's budget that's holding you back, then i suggest you save up for a Taichi. I went through a few brands and they usually last a few months. My Taichi DrymasterX I bought last year till now still good.

No regrets.

Raincoat at the bottom is Drymaster. Rolled up on top is DrymasterX. Imagine how much bigger are the normal raincoats.

I once rode in super thunderstorm where rain was too dangerously heavy and got pool in between my legs and pool on my tummy. Stop at rain shelter amd not a drop of rainwater drip on me.but then when rain stop and mr sun goes up. Its like sauna. A portable sauna.

Olla MJ,

sbs front pad

671SQ $18 at Dickson Rd

151SQ - How much does this model cost?

Of these two model, are these high performance brake pads? Dun get me wrong. If there are any normal brake pads that are compatible then i may able to consider the price difference.

As you mentioned Heng Motor is available, any idea how much do they charge for changing the brake pads? Should they be charging labour at a high prices, i prefer to DIY then.

(hope i didnt offend anyone who are related to HM or customers)

As for the spark plug, which brand would you recommend? If you could explain on the spark Plug chart in your albums will be a great help too.

Currently on this bike the spark plug use is NGK F9. (Have you heard or seen these b4?)

Thanks

Cheers

go to regina or Lab for the SBS pads...

dickson road no longer selling...

Olla alvinyansg

Thanks for the info...by the way how abt WEDA (Along rowell road) ?

Do they have?

Thanks

Cheers

Hi Guys .. Thanks You for answering my question . Ive just collected a 2nd hand Pulsar 180 bike .

Plate is FBB .

Here are the difficulties i encountered :

1 ) The total milage on the screen is always 99999 ... No changes at all . (The seller of the bike shop told me its like tat)

2 ) The front tyre has difficulty when rotating . ( Might be due to brake caliper or pad )

3 ) The gas indicator is not accurate . SOmetimes it full bar and than it drops to 3/4 bar and than it rises to full bar and drops again.

4 ) The bike top speed is 95km/h with a big box behind . (Is this normal ?)

5 ) The bike vibrates vigorously after 80km/h . (Is this normal ?)

As this is my first time riding Pulsar , experienced riders kindly shed some light ... Perhaps i shld go to UM for a thorough check of the bike ?

Kindy advise ,

God Bless .

Be humble on the road at all times coz u'll neva noe wen u need any rider's help...

Wakakaak. Or use the shoe condom. The black thing made of rubber zip up to your shoe to cover. Works well for me! i dunno why but i realise that the road is more slippery after raining then during raining.

bro, which shop you bought and for how much? Your bike meter has gone 1 round already, no choice but to change meter. At UM brand new costs about 200+. All other symptoms that you said are normal, considering your bike already so high mileage.

Hi bajaj fanatics, haha.. I've just sold my vespa et8 this morning and I've been cowering the internet for FZ 16 until I came across the Pulsar 200 NS which apparently has the same specs as the duke 200.. I havent actually done any intensive research on it and its hard to get solid reviews from road users cox it seems to be brand new in India too. Looking for any info that can help me determine the true quality of the bike. If anyone has any available info on pricing or reviews on speed and fc I would greatly appreciate it :D .. I've already sent an enquiry email to UM pending their reply.. Seems like a solid bike all in all.. Wondering if anyone else is thinking of this purchase, haha.

hope this links helps ....
