Had one before. Leg room bad for me. FC not good as got big tyres. But lots of storage.

Not so much in demand mainly due to price, most people treat pulsar as transport bike and not willing to pay 3.5k and above for a used transport bike. Actually only now you can see some ads of p200 around 3.5k. Earlier it was hard to find any p200 for less than 4k

 

P180 ug2 is very high demand mainly because it can be got for around 2k

Actually pulsar 200 production was stopped in middle 2009, but may be Louie is asking for 2009/10 registered bike. Even though production was stopped UM continued to receive shipments until 2011 middle I guess.

I wanted p200 because I think the speed is much better than p180 ( correct me if I am wrong ). My first bike is p180 ug3.5 but under power and the engine oil seems to be burnt out faster as I always cannot see it from the glass if not will be lower than the bottom line after 2 weeks. I am actually gonna sell off my x9 Evo 200 to get a p200. Still remember when I first got my pulsar I asked when the p200 coming in, the plump uncle at um told me dun know and I bought a p180 from him. The following week I saw the p200 for sale at UM. So pissed off with them. That time not much ppl riding pulsar until now so many ppl riding. So I presume most bike shop knows how to repair pulsar bike? Do I still need to go back to UM like last time?

Thank you very much. Haha. How about our rear lamp? Can the T10 bulbs be fix? I guess I can only fix them on the pilot lamp. Haha.

Take more pics of the bike and show off with close angles and garage sales is not enough need to put in classifieds section and also gumtree and sgbikemart. All the best

U bike can reach 120km?

 

I duwan to haolian but since u asked the magic question...

 

My bike top speed 136kmph. With me 100kg sitting on top of it.

Maybe also partly cos i changed sprocket to p200 size.

 

But dun worry. I have only brought my bike up to that kind of speed for 2 -3 times. Normally im happy with cruising around 100-105kmph. Go up to 120kmph no problem at all. I take good care of my bike! View liao won't disappoint!

Ya, actually top speed of p200 is only little bit higher than p180, but it's not about how fast you go it's about how you go fast, haha. Basically p200 no need to throttle much you feel the bike has lot of power to keep pulling you without effort, p180 you feel you need to throttle more and around 90 it's losing breath.

 

The engine oil burning issue depends on condition of bike and not the model, haha. It can happen to any bike if not maintained well. Pulsar is a simple 2b bike based on japanese technology so basic stuff any good bike shop should be able to do. It's just matter of availability/compatibility of spares at other shops.

Normal cruising at does it take long to reach 110 or must give some time from 100 to reach 110? Fuel consumption how? I am tempted in your bike but 4k plus out of my budget

precisely, I don't like about p180 is after 90 u feel that it is breathless. When up slope comes u will feel under power right?
