Completely Agree, I see people here are crazy about the latest handsets, they buy the latest Iphone or Samsung Galaxy S3, they think its fashionable to have highend phones but end of the day they travel in MRT, lol.

I am not into smart phones, I still carry a basic phone that is enough for me to do sms and calls, but I travel in style on my bike with pleasure and reach home in 10 mins, whereas my colleagues take 45 mins to go by MRT.

In anycase smart phone is useless to me, because I use my office internet for browsing while in office or home internet at home. Since I ride a bike I cannot even browse during journey.

Haha, so the money I save in smart phones, I spend it on my bike as its my hobby

Only looking at selling off UG1. No point keeping 2 Pulsars. Although I like the tone of the Ug1. Sounds like a 1971 VW Beetle engine. Last tank gave me 50km/L.

 

Today I brought her for a bath at HL Cycle for $8. They managed to clean what I couldn't remove. At least the rims are clean and engine case also. Took her home thereafter and polished and waxed her. Sadly it rained just now , so I had to go down and re wax her again.

You mean brake pads? 18$ is quite ok lah. While you are at it, get the brake calipers cleaned and orings changed and rebled, so the labour is shared, you will have awesome brakes.
