Good thing I went to ask and let them test, is actually not much difference with or without dB killer, just a bit more beefier sound and is still within exhaust noise spec in singapore, also some repo

iirc, cheapest TCX is about 150 @ chiap lee (serangoon rd) price was checked couple of weeks back.. looks nice imo.. good to go with jeans

 

does anyone have the specific model name for this TCX boot?

just gave the bike a good scrub down for a near two hours. looks sparkly now, yeeehaw!

guys, ytd when i rode in the carpark, wasn't really feeling stable, is it cos never ride for very long then suddenly ride?

 

 

pulsar well known for its vibration for 2b bikes .. you will get use to it after few rides

 

Visit UM and look for mech NGAT aka ahtek to hv the bike checked ... (our apology to umpl though) cos so far review from our pulsarians members, AhTek the most handy man at present since we lost senior mechanics like ah long, ah wai , ah heng and jacky ...

We have repetition questions on this matter ...

 

Both bike made in India and both bike meant for transportation ...

 

FZ16 is yamaha .. and thats make it more popular while pulsar has been branded as 'lousy engine' since long time ago ... LOL

 

nevertheless ... we till now survived with the 'lousy engine' kekekekeke

 

Do visits UM and see for yourself whether NS suits ur budget or not ... sorry to say no second hand bike for NS since its not officially launched here yet ... kakaka

 

There at UM Bt Merah you can see both bike specs and pricing on paper ...

 

Go for your budget n guts .. be it FZ16 or 200NS

my bro already bought the bike for full servicing. i guess it's cos never ride for 2months after get license plus the bike 200CC so much more power compared to school's 125cc.

Yes it takes time to get used to a different bike. Even those I have rode many pulsars, every bike is different and intial 1 or 2 months, its the adaptation phase to the behavior of the new bike, mainly its handling, braking etc. After 2 months any bike becomes as easy as a bicycle, lol

PSB is Singapore body and DOT and SNELL are international bodies. All are independant from each other and their standards vary.

Any issue with TP or insurance if use without psb approved?

 

TP can in theory stop you...

but normally they don't...

insurance will only come into play if you are involved in a accident and want to claim...

non psb approved helmets they can don't let you claim for certain damage...

was at MW with matt today, the new shark evoline is $400+...
