Hi bros from SBT,

 

Just got my 2B license and am looking to buy a second hand p200 from a fellow forumer.

 

Any kind members able to give me some advice on what to look out for when viewing a second hand p200? Or is there a workshop I can go to get the machine checked out before I buy it?

 

Appreciate any advice and will be very keen to join any future SBT gathering. Hope to see you guys soon haha

wooo. seems like u gonna be the ferst to modify or have and aftermarket filter.. do update us of the outcome too.

 

let's keep this thread hot...ya...when got UM for first svc will ask them for a used 200NS air filter....then get hurricane to custom make one......dun know if dun put air filter can or not????scared engine oil will be dirty like ****......but afterall.....how dirty is singapore air!!!!

Oh Um sells second bike as well? What's the benefit of buying 2nd hand from Um instead of forums?

UM is the agent for Pulsar....bet any other shops cannot be lower than agent...otherwise can sue the agent for the pdt

actually at UM the price likely will be higher than forum sellers...

but at UM they will check the bike,service,repair,clean etc before putting it up for sale...

but would recommend to head to Universal Motors as they are the agent and distributors for bajaj...

in that post, i told that guy to consolidate all his pictures into 1 album cos it's very messy. he has like 7 posts or something selling his items. the group wall is turning into his own personal facebook shop.

 

i did not speak in a rude tone, just a neutral tone. end up that comment deleted.

 

then again i posted another comments asking what happen to my comment. whether it was deleted.

think even if come also not cheap....anyway for 200NS locally many parts are compatible....to fix a topbox any shop can do...as for side panniers.....ok and nice but will increase the width of the whole bike and that wld make squeeze thru traffic difficult though

 

just drop a broquet B/5T in tank into my 200NS.....now looking at changing the air filter stainless steel....next service gotta take a used 200NS air filter for measurement

 

 

Just wondering, broquet B/5T , isn't that for 2A bike range? As a beginner, would it be most effective if B/8T is used instead?

I remember taking out my air filter so its currently naked, since 3k mileage (currently arnd 9000kms) there doesn't seem to be a problem even the mechanic says my bike has been performing real well compared to people's where they will idle at 2k rpm before gradually going down. Anyway its down to preference, waiting for the K+N air filter(cone) to fit in my bike as i love the sound it produces.

just try riding around spore without using ur helmet visor for a day ... than after riding do clean ur nostrils wif a clean white cloth and see wats been collected for a day ride .... kekekekke

 

you will be surprised to know wat n how much u hv collected the 'gold' !! .. wkwkwkwk

 

btw .. like our body system, our bike need the clean air to have the engine works well n long life ... cheers

B/8T???? B/5T for 200NS also more than enough already!!!

 

Now only waiting for aftermarket air filter....dun quite like KNN......anything that requires oiling I will avoid.....so waiting for stainless steel.....
