Why buy new one when u can get a 2nd hand one at a lot lower cost. 2 of our fellow riders are selling their Shadows due to upgrading. Namely me and Adriel la. hahahaha...But good lick for you quest anyway Garang. I was like that when first starting to look for a Shadow. Hunt everywhere man. From east to north to west I travelled. Crazy. But it was worth it.

after i hav calculated (13l for 238km) my FC, its abt 18km/l

is it very low?

pls advice...

and wat is the shadow full tank capacity? b4 reserve n reserve alone how many?

shadow fuel tank is 14 litre. I think main tank 12 litre + reserve tank 2 litres.

 

18km/l is quite bad, you normally travel short distances around town?

 

I usually top up my tank after about 300km. getting 22-23km/l.

n maybe sometimes go out with frens only..

dun drag gear, change gear early.

 

close throttle, up gear when you see a red light in front, cruise there and save on fuel

Were you on the spot when the mechanic service your bike and what was being serviced? I think, bring along someone adequate or bring your bike to a more reputable workshop for a full servicing.
