Gilera Vs S4

theres a clip on youtube which i posted sometime back showing a spec3 with yoshi endcan otherwise stock, hitting 0-100km/h in 3.9 sec. i dun think the gilera can do that.

 

but yes the initial pick up of those auto scooters are fast.

they should had done it before or had not experience it yet.

i personally will give it a friendly try with my friend's gilera...knowing that i will win but would like to experience how much effort is needed to win..

Well most of the time i juz let the runner go.. Cant really bother tat much to catch except for yesterday:cheeky: Trying only. I ve my fren also riding runner. She always take the lead bfore we caught her up.

I owned both gilera 2-stroke SP180 n VS S4....It will be even more hardly to win a 2-stroke runner pick up coz it is a auto bike n 2-stroke...My fren heavily-mod runner had a friendly drag with a vtec S4. It takes the S4 to be beside him until the S4 drag until gear 3 or 4. Modded runner is very gd in their pickup,coz all the racing parts ard are to improve the pickup instead of top speed.

No offences to all S4 bro...Coz I a S4 rider too...

i tink lesser than 3.9sec .. 4 sec is like quite long liao leh .. u try gear 2 wack i tink less than 3.9 sec .. tt's jus wat i feel but nv count .. cau count 1 sec i find abit long liao .. like one thou_sand .. shld try it if gt chance hehe ..

yup.. gilera accelerate fast.. cos auto cum lighter.. i used to own an s4.. now runner.. s4 sure can win runner, jus that mus drag... cmp on normal road runner wil win, but in expressway?? of cos s4 my experince is even kups also win me when i was riding s4 cos i change gear when 3krpm..hhehe.. got once an nsr he like racer on norm road.. then he ride til i lost him. but then in expresway, i on vtec i jus zoom pass him ..hehehe..

3rpm to change gear. Tats very low... wan to save fuel huh!? I changed my gear arnd 4-6rpm... Depends on the road conditions...

Yesterday tried to catch up but whack til my rpm 8rpm in 2nd gear stil cannot... Dnt knw whether my bike perfmance has drop. But i can say the guy is almost at full throttled. Juz guessing by the sound of the engine...

dun need to install anything. when changing gear, make sure rpm is above 6000, close throttle and kick up very fast, if u time it properly there will be a soft click sound. whether it spoils ur clutch plates or not, theres a reason why s4 has a clutch:angel:
