Thats the spirit man. All of us motorcyclists are brudders. Doesn't matter if its Yamaha, Honda, two-stroke, four-stroke, sport bikes, scramblers.

Our common enemy is those obnoxious four wheelers like the madcap taxi drivers and the loser-poseurs who likes to show off their F1-wannabe cars.

Yup Geek u do make sense  i realise how reckless a taxi driver can be when he execute all sort of dangerous actions like very very abrupt lane changing or cut into your lane abruptly and stop all of the sudden. i encountered once and i scolded the **** out of that bloody inconsiderate taxi driver..

ride safe fellow brothers :)

anyway i got one enquiry is it legal or in any way possible to change my cbr125 air filter to KnN air filter?

i believe its 125 coz of european markets. if i not wrong their so called 2b limits them to 125cc.

If u look at it from the business angle, how many 2b kids can u sell these bikes to in singapore? with only a few million ppl and a few thousand riding.

European has so many times larger population.. of course cater machines for them.maybe this could answer some of ur questions to why new bikes are coming out in 125cc..

as for the 4 stroke i believe it is made so taht maintenance is easier for new riders and most importantly in concerned is the emission.Generally 4stroke engines dun produce smoke.. unlike 2stroke which somehow or rather produce them. imagine a city area wtih alot of 2stroke machines in a traffic jam..

therefore conclusion is the 4stroke , easy to maintain , easy to handle , fuel economical , low emission , cool looking machines.

Yup it just came out and i have just ride it for 6mths so i don't think u will be able to buy a second hand 2007 or 2008 cbr125 unless u r going for OLDER version without fuel injection and not so nice fairing n headlights. I bought this bike from boon siew which is cheaper than e price offered at Mah motors. At that time COE is less than 1000 which is gd haha and insurance wise go for fire n theft cheaper. Hmm more on this bike acceleration wise for a 125cc 4stroke engine it shd be able to satisfy a newbie rider..use better engine oil for smoother ride and best thing about this bike is it really saves fuel n maint is realli not an issue. This bike is cool looking and it goes well with medium built youngster like me haha.. i'm still looking out for fellow 2008 cbr125r riders haha anyone riding this bike as well??
