huh? u haven't go for op one ah? then i advice u dnt go for it, if not u'll suffer th depression i got last time :cry: :cry:

 

u go gym can but do those execrise for ur back one, can borrow some books to find out lor, yah dnt ride bike cause the vibration will cause the disc to slip out more.

 

can i ask which hospital u went?

If you choose hard run-in, make sure the cylinder got sufficient engine oil lubricate, if not piston seizure :sweat:

It is because I used to train at the gym that now I'm suffering from slipped disc. Lifted all those heavy weights without wearing a support belt. So my spine slowly degenerate due to wear and tear. :cry: I went to TTSH. Sorry to RvF_GaL for going off topic. :btw: do girls mind handsome guys with ailments? Bone fractures or slipped discs, maybe??? :cheeky:

mine was due to heavy weight too, u know army use those field generator? looks small but heavy like %$^&%^. then tht time got gd physic mah, so thot can carry one person, in the end success in carrying & also success in injuring my back lor :cry:

 

i got one fren, she got her slip disc when she sneeze too hard :sweat: . poor gal, she's a veri gd dancer, then now because of tht, she cant dance anymore

 

ttsh ah? then i dnt know the doctors gd or not at there. i went to nuh. the doc tht i was assign too is veri gd, the whole department respect him

you use AC or DC?

heng for me, we use DC. load up 2 DC generators into our unimog

becareful when you do that... may burst eardrums... my friend who is a doc, advise to jus let go when ya sneeze, dun hold it back... well he used to do it in class when teacher is not in, super loud... but shiok i feel

I sneeze quite loud too, sometimes nobody around, then got chance to sneeze very loud & bend my body too, haha :cheeky:
