Oh, I've found another bottle to hold the dispenser. I've done some modification to the cap and even drilled holes below the holder to let rain water out! Wad I need is to spray it black before installation. Check it out!

Yes bro, I saw the red thingy, but the wire is to bend/guide tube to correct position? Wad kind of wire do we need? Wire from the start or just that area?

There's one more thing that'll make it fanastic. Sumthing that'll stop the drip when you stop, coz too many times, fellas have forgotten that its running still.

If you need to use the pump to make it work without spillage pls do so. Losing oil and money wasting is 1 thing, being a nuisance is another thing. PLaces get dirty, and tires and oil just dont go together. Especially @ multi-storey car park where its concrete. With just water its alr bad enuff. To add oil to it....

Just some tots on the matter. It had to be mentioned, I think. Seen it too many times...

No worries bro, I met up with Joe awhile ago and we shifted the oiler to the left of the bike and we din cut/poke any hole on the upper section of the tube (from bottle to the valve section) so as to slow the flow even more and we think it's better. Joe taken some picture which I think he'll post later. Cheers!

previously i used jt's method and i found out that the oil were escaping thru the "hole" on the tube which jt had suggested so tt the flow is faster, it really was a mess as it wasn't positioned properly. pat n me made some modification which i feel is alot more simple... 3 brains work better than 2 :cheeky: so this is the result of jt + pat + me

Aluminum bottle ( plastic bottle will crack after a while under the weather )- buy from Daiso Plaza Singapura

Union hose stud connector - buy from Lavender MRT shop selling connectors and water hoses

s/s steel air valve - any fish aqua shop

silicon tubes - Boon Keng MRT shop selling rubber and silicon products (near to DBS bank side)

plastic fluid valve(oil will not leak from this valve) - Pasir Ris Farmway fish farm ( selling salt water fishes and water filter products)

a small piece of rubber - cut a grove to secure the tubes.

Cable ties and Velcro tapes. - for vibration shock.

Cap need to drill a small hole to secure the s/s steel valve and a nut to secure.

Bottom of the bottle need to drill a hole to secure the union hose connector stud.

Make use of gravity flow to feed the oil to the tubes once the s/s steel air inlet valve is open.Once the air inlet valve at the top cap is close, a vacuum is created and stop the oil from flowing. The plastic fluid valve to close when parking.

Hope that it help with u oiler

Cheers

well if you clean once a week, it wont not be messy and dirty.

At the same time you control the oiling time with the air inlet valve and no leakage from the valve.

I use to have leakage problem when using the s/s valve at the tube, then it become oily

Cheers :)
