SBF Official "Where to park" Guide

went to The Ritz-Carlton last evening and parked at its basement car park... no gap for bikes to get through so i entered with iu scanned alike the cars. was later told by the security guard no need to put cash card when exiting as parking is free for bikes. true indeed... but the barrier took a long time to open before the system identified my iu is a bike one

yes. no barrier at mustafa's basement car park but there's no proper bike lots, gotta park at spaces behind/beside the cars near the exit

parkway parade can park free at 3 spots. MSCP is divided into 2 wings with 1 entrance at hawker centre/McDonald's side, another at the condo side (after the overhead bridge)... big gaps at barrier. the last spot is near the loading and unloading area (no barrier) same way in to the MSCP's 2nd wing.

I was blowing steam thru my ears when I saw it on sat.... Totally ignoring my questions... I bet I've been to vivo more times than she did... Heck... I used to visit minimum once every week. Sometimes even up to 3 times... You know, food, shopping etc. I was so pissed when I was informed by the carpark registration girl that I lost my appetite... n my whole face was black.

2) The limited number of bike lots they mentioned in the reply mail shows that they know the problem but why can't they just use a few car lots to give more lots for the bikes? (1 car lot = 4 bike lots)

3) The fact that they are charging us for parking now means that they ought to be responsible for the bike lots as well, not just some space under the slope.

4) The carpark redeem scheme doesn't apply to bikes.

5) The generic mail that was sent to reply to your complain letter.

 

All these points are very obvious that vivo city does not regard bikers as their valued customers. So why show them support by parking there and shopping there? They will only start to wonder what is wrong when there are no bikes parking there and their annual revenue decreases! I won't let my bike touch their discriminated compound ever.

I was blowing steam thru my ears when I saw it on sat.... Totally ignoring my questions... I bet I've been to vivo more times than she did... Heck... I used to visit minimum once every week. Sometimes even up to 3 times... You know, food, shopping etc. I was so pissed when I was informed by the carpark registration girl that I lost my appetite... n my whole face was black.

 

I am thinking of straits times online forum etc.... still planning my alternations to the original email. Not sure I want to reply her email or send to just send to straits times.
