I also have truoble locating parking but it is usually found near the main lifts. Took a while for me to locate though. Watch out for the main lift areas.

Bugis Junction can park mah. Need to pay by ERP. $0.85 per entry

Just park somewhere where you won't obstruct traffic, take other bikes as examples. Example: Between a few car lots, theres always a small gap. There is quite a few designated bike lots which you can access by going down a narrow path, its near a lift lobby but ain't sure where though. Followed others there.

Any one knows if parking at Shangri-la hotel beside orchard road is free?

I think it is. From what I remember, the car park for bikes is just before the gantry barrier for cars. The entrance is Valley Wing via Anderson Road. I went there at night a few weeks ago and my mum drove. There are 2 entrances for cars, so make sure that you go to the correct one
