Think ROV may thought that all the after market pipes are approved.. thats y they dont really bother to check... (Thats a gd sign for us) whaha...

ya,if its too loud,TP/ROV sure stop u no matter u have cert anot..coz there's a limit to it..n i heard tt the sound emission lvl is gonna be reduced again...damn..
