yo kenny, my carb tmax is too old to be modiifed already lah, maybe u can ask the newer tmax owners. Today just went ur shop bought a KOSO digital rpm meter from u. But then after realise i dun need it, can i sell it back to u? Serious, not trying to be funny

I just received in the (paper) mail a recall notice on my Mk2 T-Max.

thanks alot for the info bro, abt the fuel pump seal i'm not affected cos my is the carb tmax, the pic shown is those FI tat is affected.

 

Abt the chain tensioner, i already noe of the problem & have already replace mine at my own cost although yamaha din have a recall

 

I think the FI model chain tensioner also kena. Cos there is a revision in the part no. for chain tensioner

Hmm...... ok, in tat case i will take a calibrated RPM meter to measure it against the KOSO rpm meter to see how accurate or how much runout it has. Will let u noe the results

IMO the european-centric and australian posts are generally better; but with the usual sprinkling of bull-**** nonsense and ego tripping as in all forums.
