Is it coming from somewhere near the waterpump, somewhere deep inside but not from the hose? If yes, it means it likely your seals of the waterpump impeller failing

anyway i couldnt wait till monday, went to HKL since they open on sundays. Ah Bee checked, and it was a loose screw beside the choke. i had grounding done at motow***d and the guy never tighten for me the screw. so guys, always be careful and dont always trust a mechanic 100%.

ok fellas, this sounds really bad and i need ur opinions and help. take a look at the pic, this is the engine from the right side of the bike, do u see a hole there? ok it's meant to be there, but whenever i tilt my bike to its right side coolant can be seen spilling out of it.

may i know what could be the problem here and how can i rectify it? appreciate ur generous replies =)

Try URS radiator service at UBI, they can repair radiator, but you got to dismantle the radiator and bring there yourself because its not a bike shop. If you dunno how to dismantle can ask nearby motorshop to help you dismantle and you carry over. Cost of repair is less than $200

Shop charge you $300, I charge you $250 can liow. I can help you dismantle and send for repair, than I help you to install and change new coolant. But bike must leave at my place for 2-3 days.

Everything will look the same, they will use back the old radiator body only the cooling fins will be brand new.

Still I charge cheaper than bike shop, and lesser than a brand new one. The repair one will be as good as new, can last you another 10 more years I guarantee.

With $150 savings, you can change a new pair of tires or 3 complete set of HH brake pads liow.
