there're 2 types of airbox-filter for our 650 available locally by Motoworld. but got to order. namely the BMC $160 & DNA $100. both are serviceable.

You'll be surprise how nimble the 650 can be. I'm riding one that has got no auto mirrors, but no problem splitting lanes... :help:

my 650 out from workshop since monday.

the last time i went cameron, my 650 was only 3 months old. was using motul 300v. this engine oil API rating was not for my bike. when reach cameron top, had to top up 500ml of engine oil.

wat engine oil u using now? i have since change to motul 7100. this engine oil API rating is 'SG'. In my bike service manual, states that burgman 650 should use engine oil of API rating 'SG'. now it still eat engine oil. but much lesser.

frpm a few mechs, i've learn tat Suzuki burgmans always eat engine oil. to solve this prob, we've got to change to Honda s. haha......

need a favor from u. at hat yai, remember u had this small mirror on your right brake reservoir. where u got it from?

u looking for the K&N air filter? i've tried it before, response was not bad. cost abt $80+. FC was worst. but after that i found out that Malossi has it for the burgman 400. only $18 & serviceable. eventually tried it, and WAO!!! power increase & FC was a lot better. think u should try the malossi one. last heard from Desmond from WingJing, still got stock.

i oso interested. care to share.

think we have the same thinking in mind. I'm thinking of fixing this small mirror so tat when squeeze traffic with our mirror close. we still can see the rear. and when going on long distance, can use the small mirror to see the pillion.

Hi all,

Is there any short windscreen for burgman 400? I find the long one abit not suit my liking. My head kept on being pushed "forward" by the wind! My neck was so tired after the ride.

And the windscreen is not in good condition, I can't see clearly the road ahead of me.

Anyone experience the same as me?

abt to tell from here ?

thats your air-box. not the air-filter. from the pic, your air-box looks different from the '06 and before models. so the air-filter most likely also different.
