anyway.. you're the 3rd female friend of mine.. who went taiwan.. and came back with curly hair.... wrong.. permed hair...

 

is it really that cheap there ?

 

oh... haha.. i used to hv a permed hair. but tat perm not nice. so 2mths ltr i reborn back. nw perm again. go taiwan perm coz their skill better. their style is much nicer than sg.

it cost abt e same as sg. mine was S$180 (cut & perm)
