my spark got black smoke when i full throttle on neutral gear. it even smell abit like 2 stroke bike.

 

tt time i go jb... the mechanic told me i need to drag gear more so that not so much carbon wont be stuck inside. how to solve this problem ar? this is engine problem or pipe??? can decarbonise pipe??

 

btw my millage only 17000km leh....

 

what is your riding style and did you do regular servicing of the EO? black smoke i think your EO is being combusted.

use a spanner and remove whatever bolt, screw u can find.

Can try removing the fairings 1st then the footrest followed by the pipe?

no need to take out ft rest... jus dismantle the exhaust den the exhaust header there will get jam by the ft rest jus need to turn the exhaust to the right and find the right angle and the exhaust is out...

guys guys..recently ive met a gd deal for spark..but then its clutchless...and i cant afford to buy other spark coz this one its coi and its much cheaper than the rest..

my bike is 2nd hand. dunno how the 1st owner take care. i change every 1000-1500km leh. EO combusted? means wad?

 

Probably there is sth wrong with ur engine that cause all this black smoke.. U can try going for full service and u will know wads wrong inside.. I think in sg will be better..

i also like that..my mechanic says that once in a while try riding until reach top speed..clear carbon..cause i usually ride at most 100-110km/h only..i think theres no problem at all la...if white smoke that something wrong

Im not really sure how much sg will charge.. but if im nt wrong shuld be less than 100.. can try askin ard the price 1st..
