hmmm...1st thing 1st buy a season parking coupon..if u dont hv one..den go for appeal,n write ur appeal letter tat make them touch by ur words..EXAMPLE...i park my bike at the path way cuz i was really in the hurry to blah blah blah(u tink of one reason)..i noe tat i cant park my vehicle at the path way...i want to appeal cuz i jaz finish NS and had no started working cuz itz veli hard to find permanent job n i in finacial prob..i seek ur understanding.......

something like tis will do..i kena before..but my fines was reduce to 60 instead of 100..better den nothin..go luck...

Hey took ur advice and spoke to my shop mechanic, he showed me the prob and told me the front 'sub'? alrdy bent and had to be replaced. mad. now relatively smooth = rims still ok. heng ah~ thanks again!

bearings ah? dont think so leh...only a long shiny metal thing, abt 10cm long (the 'sub' i suppose) was replaced...everything else still the same...

 

change sub must change bearings also ah?
