i recommend buy 428DID chain at motorworld (about $30)

then go jb change sprocket & ask them install 4 you!

sprocket & chain!

 

 

a lousy combination of sprocket, chain, tention & well lubriant will cut off about 10% of ponypower (kekeke)

 

so when choosing sprocket, u need to testout is there any free play when u add them together to detemine the good combination of them. (normally very hard to have good combination for 428 chain so if u found one, remenber those brand of them and try to stick wif it)

 

note*

a well lube chain & tention are also important!

to prevent more wear&tear cause when riding.

check tention weekly if u ride alot!

wipe any dirt whenever u ride in rain!

wash chain every 6mth if u have always done all those above!

 

note*

well lube not lube more!

if u lube alot lubriant on chain

it collect even more dust & small sand and stick together to wear u sprocket & chain. so when ever u lube a chain, find a cloth to wipe away lubriant on the surface! (not on roller)

 

Q:how to detemine whether my chain & sprocket spoilt?

 

An:check for overall uneven tention!

check for zigzag link of the chain. (depend how serious it is)

check for sharp teeth on sprocket.

but i find jb cheaper.. think its like hmmm... ($20rm)

 

btw DID $30 is normal 1 not goldchain.. (price about there)
