anyways guys..did full servicing on sat..overall, it went fine..after came back, pple reminded me..realised tat i didnt check for the con rod n piston ring..sheet siak..nw i start worried already..hmmm..hais..and js nw while riding, my bike starts jerking as if ther is no petrol in or something..twice or thrice it happened ah while on my way to work just now..start to worry already..crap man..and i think d wiring is not done up properly..cuz on d way also, my right signal is not working, both the front right signal and on the dashboard when i signal right..left is fine..hais..d most i worried abt is the jerking part and d thing that is irritating me the most is the going into neutral which is SO freaking difficult..changed clutch plates and clutch cable by the way..changing of gears is more smoother, but yeah, the going into neutral is GARH!

 

Get it rectified asap on whats the problem

bro i think i got e same prob with u once.. isit the gear shifter tt connect to e bottom part of ur engine??? if it is its bcoz u down gear too fast so the thing break.. to replace cost me 10 bucks only.

 

 

 

 

I dun think its the gear shifter that breaks. The part that break is the long piece that is connected to the gear shifter . Yeaah now bike cannot move coz cannot change gear ....sucks man..

wher's ur bike now? at bike shop? if can, ask bike shop for help..i'm sure they'll b able to help u..

A big thank you to those who went to JB on 28thFeb/1stMar..Although there were quite a few things that happened, I'm glad we pulled it through and get our bikes done in the end..Hehe..Since I've been wanting to get this servicing in jb done MONTHS back, I'm glad that I FINALLY get to do this uh..I really appreciate u guys coming ah..==))

i meant the mirrors abit low,den wen i turn the handlebar to extreme right or left,my fingers will hit the bottom of the mirrors..

freely dun sad...sometimes this sorta thing cannot avoid one...just tell ppl u cornering too low untill buah the gravel...

oh btw, if bike use semi-syn 2t.. wat the diff between using a full syn de? i bought motul 510 without realising it was semi-syn.. but the 2t lik thicker den the castrol de. i pour in the 510 den can see the 510 lik sink in den the previous 2t (castrol) de oil @ the top sia..

i went kok seng do decarbonise, den they anyhow spray my pipe lor, not even thorough. ):

and i just now nthg to do, i ownself go spray my chainguard and the two side boards which hold the erp unit beside the handlebar, now its so ****ing ugly!!!!

what spray to use ah, anyone can enlighten. i use nippon one.

no nid to change to those small handlebars.. too fragile. juz change ur side mirror. u using arrow side mirror rite??? juz change to those tt hv metal part which connect to e side mirror instead of the plastic one for arrow mirrors.

i bought mine only for 10 bucks
